Which currency should I pay?

The guide or the driver will accept payments in Thai Baht. Some services can be paid in USD. If you choose to pay at the website, the prices will be generated in the selected currency according to the current exchange rate. Please note that if the selected currency is different from the currency originally stated in the bill, the sum in the bank card receipt may differ due to the conversion rate.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Most of the services do not require a prepayment. The guide or the driver will receive your payments on the day of the tour. We require a prepayment for some of the services. You can see the information about prepayment at the website page with the description of the service (in the booking form).

How can I pay for the services which require prepayment?

It is possible to pay by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, American Express and Dinners Club, via ASSIST e-payment system, or via PayPal. You will receive a payment link by email.


                 
How will I get booking and payment confirmation?

You will receive Information about the booked service and the information about payment (payment link, payment confirmation, payment cancellation) by the email which you have indicated in the booking form.

Can I book in advance?

You can book any service in advance within 30 days. The latest time for booking:


tours, transfers to islands and visa transfers: before 21:00 at night before the trip;

taxi, transfers to shopping malls and spa - 1 hour before the trip.

How can I make a booking?

It is very easy! You can do one of the things below:
