At the ticket office at the pier you will receive the tickets for the ferry and the bus on the basis of your electronic voucher. Then you will get on board the ferry that will take you to Donsak Pier (the ferry trip takes 1.5 hours). Upon arrival at the pier, you will get on the bus which will take you to Bangkok.
